We are currently looking for a working student in the field of marketing/communication/sales

You will support the five-person department team with tasks such as:

  • Ticketing (telephone ticket service, preparation, support and billing of the box office)
  • Audience service (informing the audience by mailing, telephone and at the venues)
  • Sales (planning, organization and implementation of targeted sales activities)
  • Editorial support for selected social media channels

You will also gain insights into event organization and support the artistic operations office as required.

Your profile:

  • You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally but not necessarily with a focus on musicology, cultural studies, cultural management or marketing and communication.
  • Your heart beats for music and you would like to gain professional experience during your studies and work for the internationally renowned and largest concert organizer in Heidelberg.
  • You know how to work in a structured manner, are communicative and are characterized by flexibility and resilience. Ideally, you have a high affinity for new media. You also enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills.

What we offer:

  • As part of a dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the workings of the marketing and sales department of an internationally renowned festival organizer. Remuneration is based on the statutory minimum wage. The formal provisions of a working student contract apply. The position is limited to one year. You work centrally in Heidelberg's old town and receive a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket.
